With Kettle, Ismoilov turns inward, transforming a humble domestic object into an emblem of memory and quiet ritual. Composed through an intricate patchwork of planes and tones, the painting recalls the fractured logic of Cubism, yet softened by an unmistakable lyricism. The kettle, rendered in shades of green and ochre, emerges and recedes within a mosaic of abstraction - a vessel that holds not just water, but time, warmth, and the residue of lived experience. Ismoilov’s geometry breathes; it speaks of intimacy and reflection, of stillness amid fragmentation. In this work, the everyday transcends its own function, becoming a contemplative form - a metaphor for containment, transformation, and the poetry of the ordinary.
