In Horizon, Bobur Ismoilov distills landscape to its most elemental threshold - the meeting of darkness and light, of matter and spirit. A single silvery band ripples across an expanse of deep black, evoking the quiet tension between the known and the infinite. The work resists literal depiction, instead unfolding as a meditation on perception and transcendence. The horizon here is not geographic but metaphysical - a boundary of consciousness, a thin veil separating the earthly from the eternal. Through subtle tonal gradations and an almost sculptural surface, Ismoilov captures a stillness that feels both cosmic and intimate. Horizon becomes an image of inner geography - a silent, suspended space where presence and absence dissolve into one another.
