Subrat Kumar Behera (b. 4th April 1988, Odisha) is a renowned printmaker with a B.F.A in Printmaking from B.K. College of Art & Crafts, Bhubaneswar, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Printmaking from M.S. University, Baroda. He has received several accolades, including the Gujarat State Lalit Kala Award (2012, 2013) and the National Young Artist Scholarship (2010) by the Ministry of Culture.
Subrat has participated in prestigious art camps and exhibitions like The Five Story Teller (2018), Kochi-Muziris Biennale (2016), and India Art Fair (2017), and has showcased his work at galleries including Sakshi Art Gallery, Gallery OED, and Museum of Goa.
As the founder of LITHOLEKHA Studio, Subrat is committed to promoting printmaking across India. His work spans across multiple platforms, contributing significantly to the printmaking landscape. He currently lives and works in Vadodara, India.
