Jesus Curiá's practice is concerned with capturing the essence of the human being. Good balance is an integral part of physical education and key to living a long life. Feeling of discomfort can be a sign of you needing to listen to your body and your emotions. Even when we find overall balance in our lives, we feel overloaded. Maintaining balance isn't about staying perfectly still, it's about recognizing when to righting yourself.
